Serious trouble with clients abusive and illegal sites

HyperVMart is having serious trouble, mainly with his hosting providers, due to clients hosting child pornography on their hosting accounts causing their host to suspend an entire server affecting all clients on the server. This has been occurring quite frequently for them and recently they found that one client had changed his old legal domain name to a completely illegal child porn website which got the server suspended by the datacenter. He needs some suggestions on how to fix this as it is causing a lot of downtime for for him and his clients. To be honest, he's probably lucky that the server is only being suspended. It's not unusual for law enforcement to seize a server hosting suspected child pornography and hold it for investigation and future evidence in any criminal proceedings. Can you help with some suggestions on how to better vet potential customers and what other steps might be taken?

Is anyone using PiKVM - Standalone KVM Over IP?

Shoss has branched out into colocation and is looking at options for KVM. He notes that Lantronix are hard to find these days unless you pay a premium, and they come with VGA. Some motherboards don't have VGA, and a converter isn't always optimal. He's found a more affordable KVM based on Raspberry Pi 4 - PiKVM. He's looking for feedback from those that have used it, what issues have occured, any disadvantages over other KVM setups and how it performs over great distances, e.g. US to Singapore or more. Or is there an alternative for around the same budget? Can you offer suggestions based on your own experience?
