Photos of servers

Irexta kicks this thread off, commenting that some of their customers who own bare-metal servers request photos of them, and it isn't clear on the purpose for some of these requests. Apparently some customers ask for photos because they want to see their servers, sometimes they just enjoy seeing their server, but providing photos is an additional expense. Where a company has staff already in a datacenter it's not too much of a challenge, but for companies using remote hands and rarely vising the DC themselves then the cost for photographs could be prohibitive. On the flip side, providing a photo could foster a better relationship with customers, promoting a sense of ownership when they can pin a photo of their servers to their office noticeboard. So what would you do? Decline the requests, send photos of servers (not necessarily the one the customer uses but similar in appearance), or go ahead and photograph the customer's physical server(s)? Share your thoughts in the thread.

Best website builder for web hosts 2022

Chris asks which is the goto website builder for web hosts nowadays? He suggests SitePad, Site.pro, Weebly and Kopage, but are sitebuilders still as popular as in the past, when we have alternative options for putting a site together, the most obvious one being WordPress with its high share of the market? SquareSpace and Wix also seem to being doing well in the market, and IONOS must be doing well too with all the sitebuilder ads they're running currently. What's the preference from a customer's perspective? Are hosts seeing a demand for any specific sitebuilder in particular?
